5800 Owners, Are You Happy?

With the news that Nokia are set to release a 5800 Comes With Music Edition at the end of the month for just £299.99, the question to many of you is….. how do you feel about it if you already own a 5800?.
The 5800 was expected to launch with Comes With Music from the start but this never happened and with the Comes With Music hanset selection starting off poor on just a 2G Nokia 5310 sales of the service have been pretty poor until now, but at least the N95 8GB and N96 have been added to the list.

If you bought a 5800 already it is pretty safe to guess you like your music on the move because that is what the phone is all about, but how do you feel now that after already spending your cash on the original version, for just £50 more you could have waited and got UNLIMITED music downloads for a whole year.
Orange recently announced they were going to be selling the 5800 CWM version from June on a 24 month contract which is great for those people who have not already purchased.
For me personally I think Comes With Music would be a great service if they also sold a subscription code for a set price giving you 1 year of music downloads. All you would need to do is get the code, hook up your selected Nokia handset to Nokia Music and hey presto, you have a CWM phone of your choice, plus also helping make legal music downloads more popular.
Do you think this will happen, and how do you feel about the 5800 now coming with a year’s worth of unlimited music downloads….. comments welcome below.

Just found this news over at Pocket Lint and thought it would interest a lot of people.
Orange has become the first operator in the UK to offer Nokia’s Comes with Music service exclusively on the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic.
The Comes with Music device will be available from Orange across a selection of 2-year (as opposed to Nokia’s usual 1-year offering) Orange pay monthly price plans and upgrades from Friday 29 May.
In addition, the Nokia 5800 Comes With Music will be available exclusively to Orange customers in black and silver.
With five Comes with Music price plans, prices start from £24.77 and go up to £44.04 with various amounts of minutes and texts included.
Consumers will be able to download as much music as they like for the length of the two-year contract and can keep that music once that period ends either on the phone, or on their PC, or both.
Comes With Music 25 – £25 a Month (200mins/300Texts/Unlimited Music)
Comes With Music 30 – £30 a Month (400mins/300Texts/Unlimited Music)
Comes With Music 35 – £35 a Month (600mins/500Texts/Unlimited Music)
Comes With Music 40 – £40 a Month (900mins/500Texts/Unlimited Music)
Comes With Music 45 – £45 a Month (1200mins/500Texts/Unlimited Music)
Before now only the 5310, N95 8GB and the N96 were available and Nokia have had very poor take up of the unlimited music service. UK operator ‘3UK’ offered the N95 8GB with Comes With Music for £35 a month but again this has failed to take off.
However now the 5800 is a Comes With Music device surely this will be what consumers want, a great touch screen with plenty of features plus unlimited music downloads!
