My partner has an iphone and I have the 5800. Each phone has their plus points and I wouldnt want to swap my phone with my partner. However for ease of use there is no competition – iphone wins all the time.

Honestly, I think the iphone genuinely has a real competitor. The iphone is a bit of these love it or hate it thing (a bit like marmite). Ive used a 5800, and I REALLY liked it for the 30 minutes I used it. The iphone has many down points, and many good points, and really I think the only thing the iphone has over the Reliability, ease and speed of the UI, however, when I used the 5800, it seemed very VERY stable and probably the most “Finished” Nokia phone ive used.

Only time will tell….

The 5800 is out in February so I've heard. I was watching a couple of videos online and the texting especially looks amazing. I've never been a huge fan of touchscreen for the complications around texting but the on board QWERTY keyboard looks to of solved my problems.
